After having worked with Mrs. Paul, I gained invaluable insights about approaching the PIQ process that truly shaped my approach for when I began applying to college! Every high school senior feels the same, intense amount of pressure when it comes to college applications because after all none of us have gone through this experience. Mrs. Paul’s interactive slideshow showcased a behind the scenes, in depth review of how admissions officers evaluate their candidates and what they hope to seek out when reading a student’s PIQs. Janet is the person you wish you had when you were applying for college. Last year, she helped my younger sister with the application process and gave her tips on writing her PIQ for the UC schools. My sister is going into her second year at UC Santa Barbara as a math major.
